30-day money-back guarantee

atlaski offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Atlaski subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

All Atlaski orders are processed by our payments provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@atlaski.com with your order ID and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time from Settings or via paddle.net to avoid future charges. We will still consider refund requests outside this window on a case-by-case basis, in line with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection law.
