We collect account information (name, email, organisation), conversation metadata you send through the platform, and basic usage analytics required to operate the service.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide Atlaski services — routing messages, generating analytics, sending product and usage notifications, and improving reliability.

3. Data sharing

We never sell your data. We share only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp Business API) under strict data-processing agreements.

4. Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security policies isolate every organisation's data.

5. Your rights
